First, you need to find some people who have the same interest as you. In this way, it's easier to keep the club working well. 

 The teacher will encourage(鼓励)more students to join the club. When you are in trouble, you can ask the teacher for help. 

When these things are ready, you need to choose a leader of the club.  Do you want to join the club or create a new club?It's up to you.
