A portrait(肖像)fit for a king

Once upon a time, there was a king who lost his leg and eye during a war. Even with these challenges,  his cleverness and kindness made him a great 1 in his kingdom.

What makes a true friend? I think a true friend  always be ready to help others. I didn't believe it until (直到……才) one thing happened to me when I was eight years old.

My friend Wang Zhenhui always listened to his mother, and he never  his mother's rules. But I was different. I didn't think it was  for my mother to teach me everything. Wang Zhenhui knew all about that, but he said  to me.

One day, Wang Zhenhui invited me to watch a movie. I liked it very much, so I went to the cinema with him happily. The movie was about the love  a mother and a son. It really touched my. After watching it, I started to knowhow great the love of the mother was. I fel sorry for no listening to my mother before decided to think more about my mother  about myself. After I told him my plan, Wang Zhenhui smiled and said, "This movie is really great. That's a good choice for  you and me."

Treadmills can become boring. You are limited to what's in front of you. Running and exercising outside provides a beautiful scenery (风景). Studies show that just looking at photos of nature can lower blood pressure (降低血压), so imagine what running through it will do. The fresh air and the unpolluted nature will also make you run more easily.

You burn (燃烧) more calories running outside than you do on a treadmill, because you have to work harder in order to move your body. When you run on a treadmill, you only move your legs. But when exercising outside, you must move your legs and your hands and so on.

Why not go for a run outdoors? Come on!
