Our Life in the Future

Parents play an important role in the development (发展) of children's autonomy (自主能力). What can parents do to help their children?

Don't help children do what they can do on their  (自己的). When children wash socks or clean the table, it will  (很可能) take longer to do these things. This is normal. Of course, parents can save a few minutes  (通过) helping them. However, it's important to give children time and  (空间) to learn.

Anthony Mangieri opened Una Pizza Napoletana in March 2022. But his love of pizza began at a young age. Back then, his mom often drove him around to look for the "best pizza".

After years of working with pizza, Mangieri knows the key to making it. "The first thing is the dough (生面团)," he said. It is not as simple as it seems. He has to think about different things and make changes from time to time. However, he never takes the easy way out. He makes fresh dough every day.
