As we all know, it's very important for us to exercise. 

Every morning, there are many farmers with bags at a bus station in Wuhan. They wait a special bus. By taking the bus, they can take (they) vegetables to a large market. They can sell them and make some money there. 

Tu Jixing thinks the bus is helpful, and he is one of these (farmer). He takes the bus with  big bag every morning. There (be) tomatoes, fish, carrots, eggs and lotus seeds（莲子）in it. He (usual) gets up early at 3:00 am to get lotus seeds. He sells about ten kilos of lotus seeds every day.

Riley and Gracie are two sisters from Texas. One morning, they find two baby squirrels（松鼠） in a tree in their yard. They think their mom might go to look for 1  and will go back soon. However, they find an adult（成年的）squirrel lying on the grass later. "We know the baby squirrels might lose their mom and we feel 2  for them, " Riley says.

Exercise

It is important to do some exercise once or twice a day.  We can also do some sports like playing football, going swimming or jumping rope. 

It is important to eat balanced meals three times a day and to have enough fruit and vegetables. Fast food is delicious, but we should eat it less, because it often has lots of salt, fat and sugar. 

Have living good habits

 Go to bed early. Always get enough sleep. It can help us do better at school!

 Then we can have a happy life every day.

Bananas are one of the most popular fruits in the world. People eat more than 100 billion（十亿）bananas every year. 

We often see green or yellow bananas. The color of a banana can tell us its taste. Green bananas are unripe（未成熟的）. They are a bit hard and difficult to digest（消化）. Yellow bananas are ripe. They have a lot of sugar. They are sweet and soft. But bananas aren't just yellow or green. Do you know that there are also red bananas? Red bananas' peel（皮）is red, but the flesh（果肉）is still the color of your"everyday yellow" banana. 

In fact, bananas aren't just fruit for people. In Uganda, bananas are a kind of staple food（主食）. People eat cooked bananas called Matoke nearly every meal. It is their favorite food. 

Are bananas good for health? The answer is" Yes". Bananas can help us get energy quickly. They are the perfect food for sports players. 

There are no banana trees. They are very big plants. Banana plants can be as high as 6meters tall. They look like bamboo plants. But they have large leaves. The leaves are about 2meters long. Each plant can get about 200 bananas. Banana plants also have flowers. They are big and purple. 

My father is a PE teacher. He teaches me many kinds of sports. Among all of them, running is my favorite. Here are my reasons. 

First, running is easy and cheap. Running doesn't need expensive equipment（昂贵的设备） or a special place. Just give me a pair of running shoes and I can start my journey. Of course, don't forget to choose a fine day. 

Second, running helps people get close to nature. Think about running in a forest or a park. The birds are singing around you. The wind is blowing on your face. You can see beautiful pink and blue flowers along the road. Sometimes you might even see little animals. It feels so nice!

Last but not least, running teaches me to exercise correctly. Some people think running is bad for their knees（膝盖）. In my opinion, if we run in the right way, the knees can become stronger（更强壮的）。

In a word, running is a great sport. It makes me a better person. 

Frank and David go to the zoo with Mrs Brown this Sunday. Mrs Brown is one of their father's sisters. 

The first animal they see is a lion. Next, they see two elephants. One is an African elephant. The other is an Asian elephant. 

Frank and David find a classroom in the zoo and then walk into the classroom. There are volunteers（志愿者）in the classroom. They tell children about the animals. They say animals like tigers and elephants are in great danger and that people must protect（保护）them. Frank and David think they are right.

Tofu is a big part of our daily life. In a school dining room or a restaurant on the street, you always find tofu  the menu.

We can make many  (dish) with tofu, such as mapo tofu and stinky tofu（臭豆腐）。

Each kind of tofu  (taste) great in its own way. Also, tofu is a kind of  (health)food. It is rich in soy protein（大豆蛋白）, vitamins and minerals（矿物质）. All of  (they)are good for health.

Then  made tofu for the first time? A story said that  Chinese cook made the first tofu over 2,000 years ago. One day, he wanted  (treat) his friends with something different.He added nigari（盐卤）in a pot of soybean milk. After trying (two), he succeeded. The milk got hard  became tofu.

Actually, tofu is not only popular in Asia but also in western countries. People all over the world love it!

Ma Long, born in 1988 in Anshan, Liaoning, began to practise table tennis when he was 5 years old. In 2003, Ma Long joined the national team. He worked very hard and he was always the first to arrive at id the last to leave. At 18, Ma Long won his first team world champion（冠军）。

When we watch movies about the future（未来）, we sometimes see robots. They are usually just like our helpers. They help with the housework and do jobs like working in dirty or dangerous places. Today there are robots working in factories. They help to do jobs over and over again but never get bored.

New robots will have many different shapes. Some will just look like humans, and others may look like animals. For example, a robot made by Wuhan University looks like a man. It can walk ,run and jump. Its special hand can pick things up just like a human hand. Another robot made in Japan looks like a snake, long and thin. It is used to look for people under the buildings when buildings fall down（倒塌）with people inside.

Scientists are now trying to make robots do the same things as us. Mr. White thinks that robots won't be able to do this. But some scientists disagree. They think that robots will even be able to talk like humans in 25 to 50 years. Future robots will have all kinds of looks. Who knows what amazing things robots will do in the future?

Jenny is a writer. She likes writing short stories, but she often finds it hard to find good ideas for her stories. One day, on her way to the office, she saw an old man lying（躺）on the ground. Jenny is a kind person and she often helps poor people. This time was no different. She came to the old man and helped him stand up.

Then she went to buy some porridge and bread for him. The old man ate up the food quickly and thanked her for her kindness. Then Jenny learned the old man was 92 years old and had no home,having to sleep outdoors at night.

Jenny felt sorry for the old man and asked:"Why not live in a nursing home（养老院）for old people?" " Because I don't like old people," answered the old man. "They always want to play mahjong（麻将）and I don't like it." Jenny went on asking and found out he had a son. "Why not ask him to help you then?" asked Jenny. The man thought and smiled. "Because he is old too and I don't like playing mahjong with him either," he said.

Hearing this, Jenny felt inspired. Then she had an idea of what to write for her next story.
