 There are many kinds of sport we can do, such as playing ball games swimming, running, and so on.

 It is usual for Chinese schools to pay much more attention to studfes than sports. However, the problems of students' physical health have drawn people's attention recently. In 2021, the Sports Literacy Evaluation System(体育素养评价体系) was officially put into use. In order to help improve students' health, the Ministry of Education(教育部) required that primary and high school students must do an hour of sports activities a day to improve their physical health.

 Tang Jiangpeng, a head teacher from Jiangsu Province, asked all of his students to take one PE class a day and exercise for at least an nour. "If students can't get high scores, they will fail to enter a good university. But if all they have is just high scores, they may fail the test of life, "he said.

 Tang said that half of the boys were taller than him, but very few of them

 could do the school's chin-up(引体向上) test, and 132 boys couldn't even do one chin-up. After just one term of sports classes, most students can do 50 push-ups in a minute now. "Before the sports classes,I could only do two to three chin-ups. But now I can easily finish 10, "Zhang Kunpeng, a first-grade student said. The changes show that exercise is necessary.

 Schools now offer various sports classes, including basketball, volleyball, soccer, swimming and yoga to students as they hope to encourage students to do more exercise. Moreover, well-trained coaches will teach sports classes.

Last week I went to an art show. A painting caught my eyes. To my amazement(惊奇), it was painted by Steven, one of my  Then many things about him came into my mind. Steven was from a poor family. His parents not afford to buy him some basic things that he needed. Once our school provided gloves for poor children. I put Steven's name on the list. He was so  when he received a pair. He loved to wear them and they were always  than anybody else's. Steven had a gift(天赋) for painting and he could  understand what I described in class. But he didn't have money to buy the paper for painting. So sometimes, I  him some. He practiced hard. And I often showed his paintings of the class. He was greatly .

 One day just before the summer vacation, he came to  some art books. When the new term began, he showed some of  paintings to me. I felt shocked. They were very good. Then we talked a lot. He said he would keep on. Later he was admitted(录取) to a famous art university. After graduation, he had many difficulties, but he never gave up. He was always  his best to improve himself. His hard work and strong mind led to his success.
