At our school, playing sports is super fun and an important part of school life. We have a big playground so we can do all kinds of sports

At PE lessons, we learn different sports. One of t h re most popular sports is soccer. We run around the field,trying to kick the ball into the goal. It's, exciting when we score(得分)! We also play basketball. Some students are very good at it and can make long-distance shots.

Volleyball is another great sport we do. We have to work together as a team, passing the ball over the net.Everyone tries their best to keep the ball in the air and make it land on the other side of the court.

Every year, our school holds a sports meeting. It's usually in May. All the students are excited about it. They take part in different events, such as running, jumping and relay races.

Sports not only make us healthy but also teach us important things. We learn how to work in a team like when we play soccer or volleyball. We also learn to be persistent(坚持不懈的), just like when we keep running in a long-distance race even if we' re tired.

Virtual reality(VR) is not new. It has been around for more than 50 years. But it is getting better and becoming more popular. Many teachers are starting to use VR in class.

Monica is a third-grade teacher, her students saw the 1969 moon handing with VR. "Some students were nervous. They thought they were going to get dizzy(头晕的)." Monica said, "But they loved it."

Katelyn was 10 when she tried it. She liked going to the moon better than looking at pictures of the event. "It was so cool and so lifelike." She said.
